• We believe that the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired by God, inerrant in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and only rule for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Psalm 19:7-11).
  • We believe in one God, Creator in six literal 24-hour days and sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and existing in three co-equal and co-eternal persons- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Timothy 2:5; Genesis 1; Colossians 1:16-17; Exodus 3:14; Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
  • We believe that God created a literal Adam and Eve, male and female, and this is God’s good will and plan, not to be changed according to one’s lustful desires or dissatisfaction with their gender. We believe marriage is not a construct of man to be changed by man or by man’s laws but was created and established and ordained by God to be between, and only between, one man and one woman (Genesis 1:27; Genesis 2:18-25; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:22-33).
  • We believe that the person of Jesus Christ is both true God and true man. He died a sacrificial and substitutionary death on the cross for the penalty of sin and rose bodily from the dead, and He will one day, soon, return personally and bodily to the earth to judge the ungodly and establish His kingdom consisting of his elect bride, the church (John 1:1; Colossians 2:9; Galatians 3:13; Ephesians 1:3-14, 2:1-10; 1 Peter 2:24; Hebrews 9:22-28; Luke 24:1-8; 1 Corinthians 15:3-7; Matthew 24:30-31; Revelation 19:11ff).
  • We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity sent to indwell, empower, sanctify and give gifts to the believer, and convict the world of sin (Matthew 3:16; John 14:16-17; Ephesians 1:11; 1 Peter 1:2; 1 Corinthians 12:11-13; John 16:7-11).
  • We believe all men are born with a sinful nature, separated from the life of God, and under his wrath because of sin and unbelief. Only through the regeneration by the Holy Spirit is salvation and spiritual life obtained (Romans 5:12; Ephesians 2:1-10; 4:17-19; Colossians 1:12; John 3:36; Romans 1:18; John 3:3-5; Titus 3:5).
  • We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ and His resurrection are the only grounds for justification. Salvation is a free gift of God’s grace through faith alone in Christ alone. All who repent and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are given eternal life, forgiven of all sins, and become children of God (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 2:5; Romans 3:24; 6:23; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:12-13; 3:16, 36; Acts 2:38; 16:31).
  • We believe that part of the definition of the church is a gathering of believers. The inspired writer of the book of Hebrews wrote, “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near,” (Hebrews 10:24-25). Therefore, we believe the physical gathering of the church for corporate worship and/or small group Bible Studies/prayer or organizational/business meetings is essential to the function, health, and welfare of individuals and the church as a whole.
  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy in a literal heaven with the Lord, of the unbeliever to everlasting judgment and conscious punishment in a literal hell (1 Corinthians 15; Daniel 12:2; John 5:28-29; Matthew 25:31-46; 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9; Revelation 20:11-15).
